The No. 1 softball team in NCAA Division II proved to be too much for Ferris State, resulting in the Bulldogs' exit from the national tournament. Friday's 3-0 loss to Lock Haven (Pa.) in Houston sent the Bulldogs home from the double-elimination tournament with a 35-18 overall record.
