JAY - The town office will be closed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, May 16, in order for the office staff to attend the funeral of Linda Latham. Latham of Jay, a relative of town and school employees, died Tuesday from injuries she received in a motor vehicle accident on Route 4 in Jay.
