The Redbirds wrapped up their weekend in the desert with mixed results. Senior Tanja Hrovatic eventually lost a battle with Oklahoma State's Maryna Tkachenko in Flight 3 singles play 6-1 and 7-5 to place second at the UNLV Invitational. Hrovatic was the only Redbird to advance to the singles finals on Sunday.
Missouri tennis team players advanced to the finals of Flights Two and Four at the UNLV Invitational, but they fell short in those matches yesterday in Las Vegas.
