Andrew A. "Andy" Hoffman, 83, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at the Good Samaritan Center, Hutchinson. He was born March 20, 1925, to Albert Nicholis and Rose (Kuhl) Hoffman at Minneola. He married Juanita K. Smith on Sept. 18, 1949, at Dalhart, Texas. She survives.
