WALLKILL – A passenger in a car traveling on I-84 in the Town of Wallkill Monday evening died as the result of injuries she sustained when the car struck a tree. She was identified as Kara Caltavuturo, 21, of Walden.
An 84-year-old man was arrested on a felony charge after arguing with his wife and pushing her on a chair, though his spouse didn't want to press charges, according to an arrest affidavit released Tuesday.
