State fish and game wardens are still investigating whether a bear whose paws were found several weeks ago in a plastic bag on the front steps of a Riverside home was illegally killed.
TWO cars were broken into on Tuesday in separate incidents. The first took place at Carpenter Street between 10.30am and 11.40am. The left rear window of the car was smashed, and a sling bag, key pouch, wallet, and $60 cash were missing.
